Shipping policy

1.Processing Time
Most orders received before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped within 5 working days! Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.
2.Shipping Charges
International Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:
Order Value USD $300 or below —— Shipping Fee USD$30
Order Value USD $500 or below —— Shipping Fee USD$50
Order Value USD $1000 or below —— Shipping Fee USD$100
Order Value above USD $1500 —— Free Shipping
Shipping charges will be shown on your order form before you submit your order.
3.Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online. You will also receive email updates on the status of your order and estimated delivery date.
4.Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately cs.obsolete@oldyefashion.com. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
5.Shipping Restrictions
If your country or region is not available at checkout, it means we are currently unable to ship to that location. We are working to expand our delivery coverage and hope to reach you soon.
6.Title and Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
